Drmartoms Terms of Purchase
These Terms of Purchase ("Terms") govern the purchase of products (including boots, shoes, and kids' shoes) from the Drmartoms website (the "Site"). By placing an order on the Site, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Placement and Confirmation
1.1 To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information (including shipping address, contact details, and payment information) during the checkout process. Drmartoms reserves the right to reject or cancel any order if the provided information is incorrect, incomplete, or if there are issues with product availability.
1.2 Upon successful submission of your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email containing your order number, product details, and total amount paid. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of your order; Drmartoms will send a separate "shipment confirmation email" once your order has been processed and dispatched.
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1 All product prices displayed on the Site are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and include any applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but the price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
2.2 Drmartoms accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods as indicated on the checkout page. You agree to provide valid, up-to-date payment information, and you authorize Drmartoms (or its designated payment processor) to charge the total order amount to your chosen payment method.
2.3 In the event of a payment failure (e.g., insufficient funds, expired card), Drmartoms will notify you via email to resolve the issue. If the payment is not successfully processed within 48 hours, your order may be canceled without further notice.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing time may be extended during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events) or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., product restocking delays), and we will notify you promptly if such delays occur.
3.2 Delivery Time: After dispatch, standard delivery takes 6-12 business days to reach the designated shipping address. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly based on the destination’s location, local customs procedures (for international shipments), or carrier delays. Drmartoms is not liable for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, carrier errors, customs holds).
3.3 Shipping Costs: Drmartoms offers free global shipping for all orders, regardless of the order value or destination. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address. Drmartoms is not liable for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. 4. Returns and Refunds
4.1 Return Eligibility: Drmartoms offers a 60-day return period for all products purchased from the Site. To be eligible for a return, products must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in their original condition (including all tags, packaging, and accessories);
- Returned within 60 days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by the carrier’s delivery confirmation).
Products that are damaged, altered, or returned without original packaging/tags will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
4.2 Return Process:

- Package the product securely (preferably using the original packaging) and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the returned product to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error by Drmartoms, in which case we will reimburse your return shipping costs upon receipt and inspection of the product).
4.3 Refund Processing:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse) and confirm it meets the return eligibility criteria, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
- Refunds will be issued in USD, matching the total amount paid for the returned product (excluding any original shipping costs, if applicable—though Drmartoms offers free shipping, no shipping fees are deducted from refunds).
- If you received a discount or promotional code on your order, the refund will be based on the discounted price paid.
5. Product Availability
5.1 All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, occasional stock shortages may occur after an order is placed. If a product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email within 2 business days and offer either:
- A full refund of the amount paid for the out-of-stock product; or
- A backorder option (if applicable) with an estimated restock and delivery date.
